Emily is currently working on her debut fantasy book. When she’s not working on her book, she’s creating mixed-media content that blends poetry, storytelling, photography, and illustration. In early 2026, she began (em)bers, a monthly subscription offering blind box drops in the same creative vein. 

She grew up in Philadelphia, PA, where she studied Cognitive Science at the University of Pennsylvania. Afterwards, she moved to north Jersey to “become an actual adult.” The jury’s still out on how that’s going.

At the onset of the pandemic, she finally gave in to her creative impulses and switched to writing full-time in 2020. She has looked back a few times, but has little time to dawdle. When she’s not reading or writing, she enjoys drawing, photography, gaming, and cultivating the mini fruit garden in her backyard. If she’s not in the local cafe or greenhouse, you can find her on Instagram.
